Come go with me!
Hi! So, before I start off on my journey, I’d like to introduce myself to you. I’m just another girl. Well, on the surface, anyway. That’s what most of us look at really, a person’s surface, wouldn’t you agree? Well, I want to go deeper than that. We are so much more than just the sum of our parts, so I’m going to take a deeper look at myself. My goal is to discover the awesomeness within me! I’d like for you to come with me; to take a look at yourself, so you can learn about what a great person you are! As the humorist once said, “I must be someone special, ‘cause God don’t make no junk!”. Now, I’m not talking about trying to figure out what I can do, what I’m good at, what my job should be, or what I can produce. The world tells me that every day! Nope, I’m ready for a straight-up, all-out adventure in expressing myself and who I am, and meeting those of you who are on the same journey! So, pack your bags, and let’s hit the road!!! Oh, and by the way, you can call me Miss Mirthful!
So, what do I mean by the phrase "Creamy, Crunchy Oreos!"?
I thought you might like a brief explanation of what I mean by the phrase "Creamy, Crunchy Oreos!". My cousin and I both tend to be creative. We have, in the past, come up with phrases that have special meaning for us. An Oreo cookie is often characterized by the sweet cream in the center, which many find to be the most desirable part of the cookie. It is definitely a wonderful aspect of it. My cousin and I relate that cream to things that are desirable to have/attain. On the other hand, the crunchiness of the chocolate part of the cookie is an added bonus. It represents that unexpected, and hidden part of something that actually becomes quite wonderful when it is noticed/attained! So, Oreos are delightful for not only their expected wonderful sweetness, but also the surprising element of fun hidden within. I want to explore all of the creamy, crunchy goodness within myself, and to see what cool things might lie within! Don't follow me? That's okay, you don't have to! I'm my own person, and I understand what I'm saying, even if you don't! What's important is that we learn about ourselves, and what awesome people we truly are! And that, my friend, is what this blog is all about!
